Grichuk is still doing no activities at all, might not see him again either, best case is probably off the bench in postseason.
That's a shame. Was one of my favorite players to watch.

This was in a story today:
Center fielder Randal Grichuk, who has a muscle strain and ligament sprain in his right elbow, hit indoors in the cage for the first time since he was hurt Aug. 16 and plans to do so again Tuesday.
“It felt good,” said Grichuk, who expects to start throwing later in the week. “(But) I didn’t feel anything hitting when I hurt it.”
Grichuk said he expected to be playing before the season was over.
Matheny, talking about injured outfielder Matt Holliday, who is recovering from a second quadriceps strain, said, “He’s continuing to push a little further with his running. There’s a percentage that he’s at. But he’s moving well.”
Reliever Jordan Walden, who has been out since late April with shoulder problems, has begun playing catch again and hopes to be throwing off a mound by the end of the week.
“I’m getting closer,” said Walden, who said he still thought he could pitch before the end of the season.
