Them actually radaring you? Having more information is good for both the citizens and the police. Holds them both more accountable.

That's some hardcore conspiracy there. We need to both have a radar to document the speed of a motorist and then a camera on the officer pointed at the radar display to document what the radar reading is. We should probably have a second camera mounted in front of the officer and the radar so we can capture both and have a second video from a different perspective that we can then sync together. Since we can't guarantee that everyone has the funds to buy computers or other equipment to view videos, we should probably build small theaters for everyone to come watch their videos. All to enforce speeding tickets and because the assumption is that officers don't actually stop speeding motorists, they just select motorists at random and falsely accuse them of speeding.

So you want 24 hour surveillance on them?
