To hell with the businesses on Perkins. They don't drive it, they don't have to sit in it, and they are really the only folks who have any sort of economic interest in prohibiting it. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Screw them.

Adding a lane will magically remove the bottleneck at the bridge. Sigh.
