Agree 100%. The place is frustrating as hell. On the first day of each semester I had to go to at least 3 different buildings to pay my fee bill, 4 if I wanted a parking pass.

The law professors, by and large, are great. Most are practicing attorneys with entertaining stories of real clients. My friends at LSU took crim law from a guy who had never practiced a day in his life, my crim law professor was a former advisor to the president of Nigeria and once witnessed a client get stoned to death. I took that class 7 years ago and could easily pass the criminal portion of the bar exam today.
