I don't use iPhone - That's Fisher Price. I use Moto Turbo and you are completely wrong with what you are saying.
It has saved me a ton of times because it lets the person who is needing answers know that a) I am busy as frick but b) I still have time to tickle their balls even though I am busy as frick

It still sounds silly to me. Kind of passive aggressive
Why don't you just say "I'm busy right now. I'll get back to you asap"? Or "give me a little bit to look into this"
I read iPhone instead of phone. So good for you that your phone doesn't do this
Though I've never seem an email say sent from my phone that didn't change the format
