I was on his Twitter page watching it unfold as well (someone posted it on TD). It was one of the most surreal events I've seen in my life. The media, Twitter, Facebook had absolutely no idea it was happening, only the ones following his Twitter page. It was horrifying and surreal.

Same here. Between the video, comments and being so contemporaneous with what was unfolding, it was like looking into the mind of a killer in the midst of his horrific acts. Pretty chilling.

Ditto. I was one of the unfortunate ones that saw the video autoplay the moment he posted it. I had to quickly call two people who I sent the twitter feed to warn them.
