The AGR is a sophomore who has been known to start fights. He sucker punched two theta xis and then head butted another, then a junior theta xi hit him on the head with a bottle. no charges are being pressed. thats the facts. Both fraternities are fine. Its an isolated incident just between the two guys.

Our stories match, except for the statement about both fraternities will be fine. It was "Boys Bid Night" and they rent out the bars until 11:00. Fighting is against the rules for a fraternity event. Not sure what punishment they will be given, if any, but I think it will be something.
I'd also like to add that I heard the guy walked all the way back to the frat house (busted head and bloody nose for head-butting someone). From here his fraternity brothers took him to the hospital.
Note: This is what I heard, therefore, I do not know for sure.
