How can a team be most "overrated" if everybody thinks they suck?

Exactly; The highest they were ranked was 3 in the west; average of 4. Not sure how they are being "overrated". Seems like the "experts" may need a class in basic english. But what do I know. Im no "expert". LSU Finished 1st in West, 1st in Conference!
