I had the typical first day of kindergarten pic taken in my uniform standing in front of the house. 1 or 2 pics tops and then my mom drove me to school and walked me to class and then left about 5 mins later. That was it.

I have a 1st grader and Kindergartener this year and their mom took a pic with both of them in their uniforms with her phone, I drove them to school and walked them to their classes, and left. The middle school across the street is where my wife teaches so they will walk everyday.

I'm not sure what the deal is with the "new age" parents but they were out in force.
