Been on them close to 5 years taking them twice a day.
HF is a bitch to deal with. 5 years ago, I was 185lbs, now,165 lbs that can swing 5 lbs over night. Haven't got on the scale yet, but I'm sure fluid is high. It all goes into my chest every time.
