Black water was security for the Sheraton on Canal. I know because I had to go through it frequently. Those guys run a tight intense operation.
The security force at Audubon Place all carried Uzzis. And every yard was mowed and not a tree limb on the ground and no one was getting in.

This is the only story I have heard and read enough on to totally believe. A private security force did land with choppers in Audubon Park and did guard that subdivision.
The guy who paid to bring them in send bills to everyone in the place later on to try to get them to split the cost.
You always hear stupid arse stories of navy seals coming into the city and shooting rioters left and right. All bullshite.
