Finebaum doesn't hate LSU. He hates the state of Louisiana. His first journalism job was in Shreveport where he lived for 2-3 years. He despises Louisiana.
Finebaum is very fickle about coaches. Used to make fun of mark Richt but likes him now. Loved Les in 2010-2011.

Several yrs ago Finebaum, on air, called Baton Rouge a "toxic waste dump". When Spears called him on it last yr, his answer was that someone from BR called in a death threat & he "over reacted". When Spears then asked him if he ever apologized, he never did answer the question.
