totally dependent on the sausage. nice grilled wurst that split was delicious. some was like a hot dog. terrible. they are crazy about it in Hamburg though.
CAD, looks like thick fried slices of pork w potatos is the national dish, followed by smorrebrod. Sounds a little like shnitzel, which is delicious.

I had it at kokopte, which is the number 1 place in Berlin to get it, so I'm sure it was high quality. Just didn't like the ketchup like sauce all over the sausage.
