Add that to the list of why the NW is such a desirable place to live. I have one daughter in college up there (all the rest went to LSU) and we own property N of Seattle. We hope to relocate in the next year or two.

I spent a week in the north Seattle area last summer and I've never seen a city in a boom quite like that in person.
