quote:

Get an 8' section of 4" PVC pipe and two end caps. Glue an end cap on one end and drill 6-10 small holes in the last ~8" of the capped end. Sink the capped end ~5 feet and attach to dock with hanger strap. Fill with dog food and cap the top end without glue. Fill as needed. Catch many White Sac-a-crappy.

That's diabolical.

5 gallon bucket with PVC sticking out is what we have used. USe sandpaper to rough up the surface of the pvc. This helps mor algea attach = more bait fish = more bigger fish.

With the Christmas tree, we have always cut section of branches out to make holes to increase habitat. You can either weight them down and sink away from the dock or attach a line to the dock, add tree, cinder block weight on other end of tree and then suspend the tree vertically.

I did the bamboo in the bucket in my pond. We have a really long stretch of clumping bamboo as a property boundary at work, as well as a cutter attachment for the tractor to trim it.

If anyone needs bamboo for this, I'm about to do my annual trimming in the next week or so. Come get all you need.
