No, Lee was a legit fighter as well by all accounts.
Floyd loses this one. Badly.

Well, since Mayweather doesn't actually fight, I'll go with Lee.

There is no account of Lee having ever fought anyone other than Wong Jack Man and no one knows how that fight ended. Wong said he won. Lee said he won. Both were apparently uninjured. Lee refused a rematch challenge.
Kareem used to kick Lee's arse regularly. Norris beat him. Le Bell beat him.
These we KNOW and have disinterested witness testimony.
Like all martial arts teachers, Lee was revered by his pupils who spread his legend. Add to that an entire generation of kids who grew up believing he was the fastest man on the planet and that bullshite about the one inch punch and you have the legend of Bruce Lee.
But that doesn't change the fact he wasn't a fighter. He never fought in public -- for fear of people seeing him get beat and ruining his earning potential.
Even Jean Claude Van Dam and Steven Seagal did that and have amateur records!
Money would whip Bruce Lee's arse and it would be bloody and hard to watch.
