I think we'll be fine at defensive end but I'm a little concerned about defensive tackle.....especially next year when Thomas is gone and Lacouture and Godchaux might come out early. We're going to be really thing and we're opening against a power offensive line in Wisconsin.

Godchaux is only a sophomore. LaCouture could leave, but could also come back and improve his draft status. Herron and Gilmore still have great potential. Last year was only their 1st playing in college. Then you have Orgeron going at some of the best recruits in the country, most of which have the ability to play right away.

No they don't. Maybe two or three can, if we're lucky enough to identify which and successfully recruit them.

You can't miss years at position groups.

I know Orgeron is recruiting some great high school players at defensive tackle but you can't expect those guys at 18-19 years of age to be ready to go up against an experienced offensive line in their first college game. Wisconsin will line up 4 year or 5 year players who are 21 or 22 years of age. We need the guys that are currently on the the roster right now as defensive linemen to beat them. That means Lacouture,Godchaux,Herron, and Gilmore. If all four of those players are there then we'll be fine in 2016.
