Ascension area = freshly brewed chemical plant air
Good schools
Livingston area = predominantly caucasian with occasional meth bust and rebel flags flying.
Good schools
Zachary area = far from everything and just north of "north Baton Rouge" not good.
Good schools
Just stay out of Baton Rouge period except for LSU football games/tailgating.
