So having a lease with your SO is a gay dude thing? I've had gay friends but that never dawned on me. Chicks just kind of move in on you before you know it. I guess I've never had the temerity to approach one with paperwork after the fact. May try this. Hell it's 2015.

Its definitely different. I mean if two people love each other (even if one owns the house) and you move in, there should be no reason to treat that person like a tenants when they should be treated like a partner. Was part of the reason I went so long without signing a lease until the new guy moved in. Yes that new guy was gay and no we aren't having orgies....
