I enjoy a good Crossfit thread.
I used to be a hater but started Crossfit about a year ago just as a change of pace. It may or may not be something that I can do long term, we shall see.
I think it's all in the programming. I researched several gyms before joining one. I feel like our coach does well programming. There are also plenty of scaling options for those that are just starting or just not that fit.
I kind of agree with the article, i wanted to see all those top athletes do murph, but when I saw how it treated Kara Webb and Annie, I started questioning the volume of programming in this years games. Kara looked like she having an actual stroke.
To each their own..........Bengal, you're still my homie.
