When making pork sausage using multiple seasonings, how do you mix all of the ingredients in 20lbs go ground pork?
One seasoning at a time then mix or add them all and mix them throughout?
Looking for some tips to get my seasonings evenly mixed in my meat before stuffing.
TIA

Mix them all together. You're going to add some water to soften the meat before stuffing so dissolve the seasoning in the water and mix it in

You can do it 2 ways.
Cube your meat, season if, grind it then stuff it.
Cube your meat, run it through the grinder, mix your seasoning with water and pour it over the ground meat mix together then stuff it.
We season our meat in ice chest.
