Careful. These are they guys in our backyards - guys from LA. I like to dominate other states as much as anyone - we have a lot to offer at LSU - but letting top tier talent leave the state is like rotting from the inside.

I want top LA guys to go to LSU and most have seen and liked the Tigers since they were young. This isn't something you just let walk.

Agreed, however its just not realistic to dominate other states and then LA as well. there are only about 25 spots each year, and too much depth makes recruits want to go elsewhere.

He said we can afford to, not we are going to. When we are pulling guys from Texas and Florida at the clip we have the past 3 years, I'm alright with letting 30 extra WRs leave Louisiana.

I'd rather not lose top LBs and DTs though considering we need depth at both positions, and LSU churns out DTs to the NFL no matter if you are a 3 or 4 star
