Kick the heroin habit. The racketeering is more than likely to lean on them to talk and plead.

I personally know one of those guys was hooked on oxy and heroin. He did it, and provided it to people I know. As far as major sales, I have no idea what went on. Minor stuff definitely went on (intra-venous) around him.
