The 911 calls and location of the confrontation aren't going to play out in his favor. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you're a defense attorney. How else could you possibly think he committed no crime?

You're out of your mind if you think that Gonzales following Doyle to his home and confronting him in his driveway doesn't play in Doyle's favor. That is a prime example of an act of aggression on Gonzales' part.

I never said he didn't commit a crime. I said I'd have trouble convicting him of second degree murder based on the limited information available.

Take away all of the surrounding stuff for a second. If someone follows you after an road incident to your home and walks onto your property, what would you think their intentions were?
