First, that's not for the State Attorney to decide.

Second, that's only one part of Florida's self defense statute. Stand Your Ground wasn't invoked in the Zimmerman trial and he was still found not guilty due to reasons of self-defense.

This has almost nothing in common with Trayvons.

That's because Zimmerman had physical injuries that indicated a struggle. Big difference in this case hombre.
