Hamburg and Köln would be options for DE.
Paris has some appeal to, but I be poor at the moment and the only mode of transit I could afford would be the shitty eurolines bus, which is a fricking haul and a half in journey time, each way.
Plus the gf has already been there a lot too.
The likeliest contenders atm (based on budget/travel time/gf has been there several times already) are Köln, Gent and Antwerpen...

I've only been to Antwerp for work, so can't comment too much on that one. I've only been to Köln to pick up folks at the airport, so can't comment on that one.
