Don't take the hiring of Frank Wilson for granted just because Coach O and others have caught the defensive recruiting up to what Frank has been doing from day one for the entire team.
I would put him up there with Frank. Just can't say he is hands down the best hire.

I don't see why he wouldn't be one of the top two hires just from what he brings from his experts coaching his position to getting the best players to play at his position. I don't think he's ever been fired while coaching his position, always picked where he wanted when there was a job opening.
