In NW Arky, I'm only in week three of tomato heaven.
I picked 50 yesterday....and I didn't plant a single plant. All volunteers from last year
Carrots were great this year.
Beets were great, although the greens were poor.
Kale was rough, not much of a cool spring.
Chard did great, as did all lettuces.
Hoping for a great fall garden. Last year was a disaster, with good freezes in Nov and a December that was nearly dark for twenty days. I know a pig farmer who lost some pigs because the solar fences went down we had so little sunlight.
