You know the Goodwood Library serves a lot more functions than just checking out books. It's not up for discussion.
So many people have the mindset of "I don't use this or that, so frick it. I'm not in favor of a tax to help it."

I bitch about how they spend their money and how they could best put that money to use. I didn't bitch about the funding for them.
I want to use funds for something like this in a way that touches as many people as possible and enriches as much as possible.
There is absolutely zero wrong with having a discussion about the best use for the funds the BR Library System gets. Which is what I thought we were doing.
