It would be cool to try and set an hour time slot that everyone could be at (I realize that could be hard, but an hour should be doable) and knock out as much as we can in that hour, then move to the 6 hours per pick limit.

Setting up hourly slots makes it kind of difficult in my experience. Giving a player a window makes it a bit easier. And, of course, once an owner picks, the window resets on the next guy. I don't think it's asking too much to have the owners check in every couple of hours just to see where we are....especially with smartphones so prevalent.
