Amazon is the only "free" offering that lets you download to your mobile device. Until low end data plans at least double, they deserve to be in the discussion. 2 years from now though they won't really have a reason to exist.
And there really isn't a clear cut superior in this discussion. Everyone's selling the same thing like a Caribbean flea market.
