So, I checked on my order status of my 20 today, and shipping has been pushed back another month. I'm about to go pickup something else. I like the idea of saving money, but I still don't have a cooler.

My RTIC 45 White came in this morning. It was $174.99 delivered. It took about 100 days for delivery but they were honest about that up front. I did talk to customer service twice via email and they responded quickly both instances.
As for the cooler itself. I am happy with it. The fit and finish is better than the Pelican 20 qt I just bought as a Christmas gift. If you can afford to wait and want a Yeti for half the price. I give this cooler a solid thumbs up. I hope this helps some of you gentleman who were thinking about this product purchase.
I will be ordering more in the future.
