Basically when Genghis Khan wrecked shite throughout Eurasia. As far as lasting effects, it may equal or surpass the two world wars. Without Genghis Khan, Islam is not crippled, and takes over the rest of Europe. And China remains the Eastern power up to this day. The world would look completely different if not for that band of nomadic badasses storming out of Mongolia.

Yeah, this one for sure. The Middle East still hasn't recovered from it.
