When he was in BR last, he ordered 10 fireballs while me, him, and his drummer were chilling by the bar. I thought he was gonna split them up, but the drummer didn't want any. We ended up doing 5 each and then I got us two shots of Jack, we downed those, and each got a drink after that.

Hung out with him on his tour bus after another concert, and 4 of us downed a fifth in about 5 minutes.

Dude can drink, but he was always really nice. After that second night, there was a bum knocking on the door and another standing outside the bus. I told them I was gonna go get them some food and a beer, and he gave me two 20s and told me to make sure they bought food with it. Everyone has their moments though, and we'll probably never know what went on

Eta: second time was after a concert where he went up by himself and just took requests for four hours with a ten minute break halfway through
