Thinking of pulling the trigger on a tacoma 2-3 years from now. Need something that gets pretty decent gas mileage, is off road ready, can haul my boat and lumber etc (i got a custom rack built()

I just bought a Colorado but I kept my fullsize truck. I am getting over 22mpg so far. The loaded out version runs in the high 30s and you won't likely find a deal because the are selling as fast as they get them on the lot.
