This is the year Chris Garrett finally takes the reigns of the QB position.

Rivers wasn't good, and Rettig did make some nice throws and I honestly don't know why Cam couldn't develop him into Mett 2.0.
But my main point is that Krags understands the game so well the offense would function much more efficiently.
