OK, I was wrong. Just talked to someone that produced this show, he was drunk off his arse and his people wouldn't let him on stage until he sobered up. They couldn't tell the fest people when or IF he would be able to go on. He finally sobered up enough to play, but they didn't want any lights on him because of his condition.

This. I walked up to the left side of the stage and was about 15 feet from him while he was taking "a break" during the instrumental part of the second or third song. This was probably about 20 feet behind the Hammond. He was in bad shape. Promoters blamed the weather for no lighting for him, but that is B.S. I think this may be the first time since his liver transplant that he has done anything like this before a show. I saw him play in Macon about a year and a half ago and he was great.
