It's sad Nintendo has misused Mario as much as they have in recent years. The Wii U may never get another 3D Mario game, and the one the console did get (while amazing) wasn't what people wanted anyway.

As good as 3d world is, their 3d games don't sell as well as their traditional 2d games do.
