Seriously, if you're blogging about this at a rush party, decent chance you're not getting a beer. Get fricked up and socialize, but I think it's clearly you're being pretty awkward.

Normally I would agree but I honestly think what society has come to. Accepted to snag chat and be on your phone constantly at a party.
