My wife picked up a few for lunch today and it was nothing like I remember from years ago. Had the Gladiator, and is nothing I would order again. It has been ten years since I have had one, but I thought they had more ice the last time I had one. Did a rookie make mine or is this how they are?

foam is air.

more foam = more air and less product -> more profits

It's a byproduct of the mind control chemicals they put in there

I get Smoothie King pretty often and I have never had one that I would describe as foamy

Got my 6.50 medium smoothie today. Tasted really good. I try to only go on Fridays though because they are cheaper in BR

Better be asking yourself wtf was in that smoothie. Extra protein shot?

That's why. It's basically tons of powder blended with water and ice.

All the high protein/no carb and meal replacement shakes have that foamy "marshmallow" consistency. Add peanut butter. It will fix it. Got my 5 dollar Friday medium this morning. Next time you go, ask for a chocolate shredder with peanut butter.

It's a lo-cal smoothie

The Hulk has ice cream in it so I'm not sure where you are trying to go here.

If you want something strictly for taste then stick the main menu.

Work low-cal smoothie's Gladiator Strawberry with two berry fruits. May add in a half scoop of peanut butter. I love the Gladiators

I have always found the Gladiator to taste like this ... the others smoothies are more icy

Gladiator smoothies in particular will be much lighter and "foamy"

Get a different smoothie or add 2-3 fruits to the Gladiator, that should help to thicken it up.

Gladiator is by far the fluffiest because it has 45 grams of protein and two fruits.

Any of the high protein drinks for the most part are like that. If you don't want it fluffy, don't get whey.
