Think about this. Do you really want to sue your parents? That basically means cutting all ties with them.

First mature step would be to have a sit-down with them, point out all the good things you've done (scholarship, good grades, internship) and find out what their expectations are for you ("stay in our house, abide by our rules" or whatever). Tell them you thought since you were paying for the truck, it would be yours. If you can't agree, then give up the truck, finance something on your own, and find someplace else to stay every holiday/school vacation.
