Remington 700 CDL (stay away from SPS)
Savage Trophy Hunter if you wanna keep the budget lower
Any of the Tikka T3s will work. Browse the models and see what you like. I'm getting a stainless CTR soon. The hunters are nice if you want a wood stock, and the synthetic stocks are great. Action and barrel are phenomenal, and you get a 3 shot MOA accuracy guarantee.
My only gripe with the American is the stock, which Clames said you can fill with silicone gel to make it feel a little heftier.
