Tier 1: Warriors, Spurs, Cavs
Tier 2: Clippers, Grizz, Rockets
Tier 3: Pels, Bulls, Bucks, Wiz
I have no idea where to place OKC because of injury concerns and a new coach. If they get GS's injury luck from this past season then I would have them in tier 1.

in all seriousness, do you think the bulls, bucks, and wiz are contenders but the hawks arent?
