Interesting that they are framing fewer gang killings as a success in a year that's pacing way up in total killings. As a non-gang affiliated middle class dude it doesn't make me feel better about the situation that the murder rate is up despite less gang fighting

It would appear that the African-American community is seeing a lot of their demands met while still being mad and seeing an increased crime rate amongst their own.
