I played Dixie Youth ball as a kid back in the day. Good ol SL. We never won a single All Star game my entire time playing (3-4 years?). 
Anyway, I remember we'd get our All Stars jersey's (really just shirts) and we'd be given the Dixie Youth patch and one of the years (and each year after) it no longer had the Confederate Battle Flag, replaced instead with 'Est. 1955'. This was back in the mid-late 90s.

i have one from problem 2000 or so, and it had the confederate flag-style logo
