Be very careful when price shopping HVAC systems. I've been in this business for 20+ years. Contractors are like chefs. We have to assemble various components but the actual install is the most important part. Be wary of the cheapest price. These guys usually don't have insurance and I have seen some real disasters.
That said, 5K for that system is a fair price in Atlanta. Good luck.
