Watching the Ice Dome game, I actually saw Jones do this in that game. I was like woa...
To me his big need for improvement is inbounding the ball (How stupid is it that we have to worry about that), player rotation (which will come with added depth), and timeouts. I think he gets there.

Jones has been a D-I head coach for 15 years. How much more time does he need to "get there"???
