Ramires has his flaws for sure and this ain't saying much but he's been one of our better players since he started playing more after coming on against Newcastle.

As far Costa I don't know what to think. Obviously coming out wide and getting the ball trying to dribble is not his thing. In fact he's terrible at it. He's a poacher but we aren't getting enough service for him to feel confident about staying in the box and trying to get on the end of things. So what's happening is he ends up in no man's land where he's not helping the team and we have nobody in the box to aim at. I understand his frustration and wanting to come get the ball wherever he can but I'm so tired of seeing him out wide and nobody in the box the times we do get in position to put a ball in.

Willian

I've been critical of his ability in the attacking third since he got here but his energy and effort is second to none and his free kicks are the only thing keeping us afloat at all right now (if we are even still afloat).

Let's just hope today was the day a corner was turned, finally something positive.

completely agree and it depresses me.

Ivan was so good last year at getting forward and slinging balls in, but with he and Cesc falling apart, there goes the service. if willian could tighten up that part of his game he would be nearly unstoppable. hopefully Pedro gets it going.

i thought Baba looked pretty good out there. He had some rough touches and nervy moments, but it was the first time i saw the potential of what he could bring.
