My friend has the I pilot. He can set it and the trolling motor keeps the boat in the same spot by itself while he fishes anywhere in the boat. He also sets a course on the map and the trolling motor automatically runs it while he concentrates on just fishing.



Freaking jealous. Would make life so much easier when fishing alone or with my kids.

Obviously I can do this for the parts, but I'm kind of clueless on labor costs for this type of thing and there are about 6 different ipilot 112lb trolling motors on any website I look at ranging from 1500-3000 bucks?
