4 years ago. divorced 2nd time, child support on 4 kids, catholic school tuition, rent, utilities, very little food besides pizza at the parlor. Depression set in and vodka was often chosen over food. not really.

that 1.5 years was worst of ma life. Pay check to Pay check at day job left me about $400 in the hole. Funny how family court judges don't give a frick about that even if you bring printouts of budgets and supporting documents. Anyhooits.
Had to pick up as many pizza shifts as possible. Working till close to midnight some nights and scrambling to a Chase ATM to deposit tips to cover the tuition draft after midnight. You kids' college poor stories are funny and full of fond "look how poor I am" feelings. When your exes hold binding judgments and your kids depend on you, it's not fun. But hey. I did it to myself. Wear rubbers and don't leave your wife for an upgrade, kids!


And frick you, OP. Thanks for reminding me of late 2011-2013.
